Your game backs up automatically to your own iCloud. To carry your kennel to a new device:
- On the old device, make sure iCloud Drive is on (Settings → your name → iCloud) and open the game once so it can finish backing up.
- On the new device, sign in to the same Apple Account.
- Install the game and launch it — your save restores automatically on first run.
Backup uses Apple's iCloud and is tied to your Apple Account. We never see it.
Restore your purchases
Reinstalled the game, or moved to a new device? Open Settings inside the game and tap Restore Purchases. This re-grants one-time purchases like the Wolf Pack supporter bundle and the Quick Compete planner at no extra charge. (Consumable coin packs are spent in-game and are not restored — that's how Apple handles consumables.)
Purchases & refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment details. To view a purchase or request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use Settings → your name → Media & Purchases on your device. Refunds are granted by Apple, not by us.
Everything that affects gameplay is earnable with in-game coins. Purchases are optional conveniences and supporter extras — there are no ads, no loot boxes, and no randomized purchases.
My game didn't save
The game autosaves as you play, so closing or force-quitting the app is safe. If something looks wrong, fully close the app and reopen it. Note that deleting the app removes its local data; if iCloud Drive is enabled, reinstalling and signing in to the same Apple Account restores your most recent backup.
Reminders & notifications
Reminder notifications are optional. You can turn them on or off any time inside the game's Settings, or in iOS Settings → Notifications → the game. The game works perfectly with notifications off.

Pet Genome is a series of cozy, single-player breeding games. Dog Genome Game is the first; Cat Genome Game is in development. Both share the same real-genetics engine. Meet them on the home page.
